Thank you for agreeing to serve as a speaker for the ATP 2020 Global Conference. We look forward to our thought-provoking virtual experience! Below is everything you will need to prepare for the event.
- Register for the Conference.
Everyone registered for the Innovations in Testing 2020 Conference will be automatically enrolled in the ATP 2020 Global Conference.
- Complete the Online Presentation Agreement, if you have not done so already.
- Send Recorded Presentation by August 21, 2020.
Recorded presentations need to be sent for Breakouts, Snapshots, Ignites, Product/Innovation Demonstrations, and ePosters.
Speaker Help Zoom Room
Designing Events will open a Zoom Room in case you have questions, would like to check your connection, etc. during the conference for the following hours:
Monday through Thursday
10:00 AM – 2:00 PM UTC / 6:00 AM - 11:00 AM EDT
9:30 PM – 11:30 PM UTC/ 5:30 PM - 7:30 PM EDT

If you and your co-presenters do not feel comfortable with recording your session and would like help, please contact atp@designingevents.com.
Designing Events can help any breakout, ignite, ePoster, Demo, sponsor session, or snapshot session with the recording of their session and any editing that needs to be done to make your presentation professional.
All costs associated with the professional guidance is responsible by the speakers in the session, not ATP.
- Breakout & Snapshot Sessions (30-minute pre-recorded session): $500.00
- ePoster, Ignite, or Demo (5 – 10-minute pre-recorded session): $200.00
*All costs listed above include a professional tech to manage the recording for you. Insight and recommendations will be provided.
